    From the archives of the MC Lilley, this listing is for an antique stamping die for making small appliques for US Army pins.  The die has 3 small devices including a Commissary crescent, a horn, and drum major insignia.    The Serial Number (#1859) dates to the 1910-1911 period.  The steel die is heavy (2 lb 1 oz).   The base dimensions are approximately 1 ¾” square, the top dimensions are 1 ¼” square, and it stands slightly less than 3” high.  The condition is Excellent.  Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other listings.  Free Priority Mail shipping is included for USA buyers.
